My Levoit Air Purifier will not turn on or respond to button controls

Here are the following things you can do turn on your unit:

1. Plug in the air purifier.
2. Disconnect the AC power adapter from the air purifier and reconnect it. 
3. Check to see if the AC power adapter is damaged. 
1. If it is, stop using the air purifier and contact Customer Support. 
4. Plug the air purifier into a different outlet.
